Portfolio is a dashboard for organizations that track a product portfolio. It organizes everything into a brand → product → variant hierarchy and pairs each level with dashboards of metric widgets, so you can see how your portfolio is performing in one place.
Portfolio is available on select plans. If you don’t see Portfolio in the sidebar, or it shows a lock icon, contact your Merciv representative to request access.

Browse your portfolio

The left sidebar lists your Brands. Expand a brand to see its products, and a product to see its variants — counts appear as badges on each row. Use the search icon to search across brands, products, and variants by name. Selecting a brand, product, or variant shows an overview card with its image, name, and key details. Click the card to open a detail panel where you can view the item’s listings. The top bar includes breadcrumbs and back/forward arrows that walk your navigation history within the page.

Dashboards and time filters

Each level of the hierarchy has its own dashboards, organized as tabs. A dashboard is a grid of widgets — bar, line, pie, radar, heatmap, table, single-metric, gauge, and more. Use the time-range filter to scope the data: Past 30 days, Past 60 days, Past 90 days, Past 6 months, or Past year. Users with portfolio management access see an edit button for modifying a dashboard’s widgets.

Add brands and listings

Adding brands and listings requires portfolio management access, which is typically limited to organization admins. Users without it can browse the portfolio but won’t see the create and edit controls.
1

Create a brand

Click the + button in the Brands sidebar to open Create New Brand. Enter the brand name (required), an optional description, and store URLs.
2

Wait for processing

After you create the brand, Merciv gathers its information in the background. You’ll see “Processing brand — We are processing the brand information. This may take a few minutes.” Data appears in the portfolio once processing completes.
3

Add listings

Select a brand, product, or variant, open its detail panel, and choose Add New Listings. Paste the product-page URLs — new listings are processed in the background and added shortly.
If adding listings fails with “Please check the URLs and try again,” confirm each URL is a complete product-page link for the store you selected.

Managing access

Portfolio access follows your organization’s plan and roles — see Managing your organization for how admin roles work. If your team needs portfolio management access for additional people, contact your Merciv representative.
