Billing & Plan lives in Settings under the Organization group. It’s visible to organization admins and the organization’s primary admin. Members don’t see it — if you need a plan change, ask an admin.

Viewing your plan

The Billing & Plan page shows your organization’s current plan and remaining credits, along with the available plan options and checkout. If the page shows “Billing is not yet configured,” contact support — your organization’s billing hasn’t been set up yet.

What your plan affects

Plans determine what your organization can access and how much of it:
  • Feature availability. Some capabilities are included only on select plans — for example, the Knowledge library, image generation in Galleries, and integrations. Pages that aren’t included on your plan show a locked state with a Request Access option.
  • Tracker limits. Each plan allows a set number of trackers. Creating one beyond the limit shows “You’re tracking as much as this plan allows” with an option to upgrade.
  • Credits. Chat and playbook runs consume credits; your remaining balance is shown on the Billing & Plan page.
  • Storage. How much data your organization can keep in its library.
Plan details vary by organization — for specifics on what your plan includes, ask your Merciv representative.

Upgrading

Admins can change plans from the plan options on the Billing & Plan page and complete checkout there. Organizations on a free plan are directed to request access instead of self-serve checkout — contact your Merciv representative to discuss options. If checkout fails (“We couldn’t complete your plan change”), retry; if it persists, contact support with your organization name and the plan you’re trying to move to.

If your access lapses

When an organization’s platform access ends, sending messages in Chat is blocked with “Upgrade to keep chatting — This organization no longer has platform access.” Your work isn’t gone — you just can’t create new activity until access is restored. To resolve it:
  • An organization admin can upgrade from Settings → Billing & Plan or request access from there.
  • If you belong to more than one organization, you can switch to another organization and keep working there.
  • Otherwise, contact your Merciv representative to restore access.
